Any order placed on our website requires the client to accept the general «conditions of sale». Once the client clicks their confirmation, they have accepted all terms.

PRODUCTS

The products of the Atelier du Presbytère are unique and are crafted from older and/or antique pieces. The products are sold as is, embracing their history and imperfections and will in no case look like new. At your request we can send you information and additional pictures on a given item. The atelier du Presbytère may decide at any time and without notice to change or withdraw a product. The Atelier will always try to remove or indicate when an item has been sold on the site. But we cannot ensure that all products are available at any time. Products are sold to the first customer where payment has been received and validated.

PRIVACY

We respect the importance of your privacy. Our privacy policy ensures that the personal information you provide to us, will be handled with care, discretion and respect.
We treat your personal information as we would treat our own. The atelier du Presbytère collects only the information that is relevant and necessary to manage our relationship with you. We limit the collection and use of personal information which is necessary only for valid business purposes or to comply with the law.

EXCHANGE

Customers can exchange their items within15 days of receipt of delivery. The exchange of goods does not include reimbursement for shipping and handling. We can only exchange items received in their entirety, in their original intact packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be exchanged. Due to the unique and antique nature of our products, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement.

PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience, we accept the following credit cards:
Visa, Master card.
You can pay by phone by calling us, after confirming your order by email, or you can pay directly with debit or credit card at our studio in MILFORD with an appointment.
The products remain the property of the atelier du Presbytère until full payment.
Upon receipt of our return email indicating the total price, transport and packing included, 2 days are allocated to make your payment, should you not respond within the 2 days, the order will be considered void.
In the case of a declined payment, the order is automatically canceled.

RIGHTS OF USE

The use of trademarks and images on the site atelierdupresbytere.com is strictly prohibited.

TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY

Because of the multitude of items we offer, all of different weight, volume and size, our system can not calculate all the parameters to include transportation.
This will be calculated upon receipt of your order, including shipping and packing.

Shipments are made mostly by Canada Post for non-bulky items.
Orders which exceed a value of $250 are shipped by secure delivery, including value for insurance. Larger shipments will be made by our carrier FedEx, or the shipper of your choice.
Pick-up at the Attelier eliminates the shipping charges.
Any supplement can be done, insurance, express delivery etc … It becomes contractual, and we define all terms before ordering.

Customers are responsible and accountable for duties and customs charges for out of province deliveries as well as the refusal of package(s). Customers are responsible for accurate and essential information necessary to ensure delivery. And are also responsible for errors and omissions on the order form
Packages are usually shipped from Tuesday to Friday.

DELIVERY : DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If the product is delivered in poor condition, the receiver must identify the problem(s) as acurately as possible on both the product and the packaging.With the exception of damages, items must be received without restrictions at the time of delivery.
Claims for damages due to problems with delivery must be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt. Problem(s) must be specified in writing on the order form before signing it. The carrier is fully responsible for the delivery of items in good condition. However, responsibility is transfered to the customer or their representitive if they did not clearly describe and detail the damage on the order form/ packing slip. Any claim not made in accordance to these rules or within the time frame indicated above will release the Attelier from all liability.
Like with any delivery, it is possible there may be delays or the package may get lost. Should these occure, the Attelier will contact the carrier to start an investigation. Every effort will be made for as long as necessary to locate a package that may get lost in transit.Where appropriate, the merchant will be reimbursed by the carrier and in turn refund the customer.
We disclaim any responsibility due to delayed delivery by the carrier. Especially in the case of loss of packages, bad weather or strike action.
