Any order placed on our website requires the client to accept the general «conditions of sale». Once the client clicks their confirmation, they have accepted all terms.

PRODUCTS

The products of Atelier du Presbytere are unique and are crafted from pure linen. The contemporary linen is carefully washed and aged by us, the antique materials are original pieces. The products are sold as is, embracing their history and imperfections and will in no case look like new. At your request we can send you information and additional pictures on a given item. Atelier du Presbytere may decide at any time and without notice to change or withdraw a product. Atelier du Presbytere will always try to remove or indicate when an item has been sold on the site. But we cannot ensure that all products are available at any time. Products are sold to the first customer where payment has been received and validated.

Some items in our shop online are not available to purchase online. We show different pictures of different products to give you an idea of what you can find in person in our barn. They are available in our barn for pick up only (No delivery) If you would like to buy something that you see on pictures, you can contact us on the phone for more details.

PRIVACY

We respect the importance of your privacy. Our privacy policy ensures that the personal information you provide to us, will be handled with care, discretion and respect. We treat your personal information as we would treat our own. Atelier du Presbytere collects only the information that is relevant and necessary to manage our relationship with you. We limit the collection and use of personal information which is necessary only for valid business purposes or to comply with the law.

EXCHANGE

Customers can exchange their items within15 days of receipt of delivery. The exchange of goods does not include reimbursement for shipping and handling. We can only exchange items received in their entirety, in their original intact packaging with their tag and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be exchanged. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the exchange will be very limited because of health protocol. We will have to add an extra amount for additional steam work process and wash.  Due to the unique and antique nature of our products, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement.

PAYMENT METHODS

Your purchases are payable by Visa or Mastercard by the phone with us. We do not use e-transfer, paypal or american express. For security, we do not write and keep your card information, we proceed directly with our credit card machine on the phone together. We will add your receipt in your order.

You can pay and pick up your order in our Studio-Boutique during opening days (details and address in Contact page) or by appointment. Payments are Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash. We will keep your order 2 days after our confirmation. Within 2 days, we will have to consider your order void without a deposit.

The products remain the property of Atelier du Presbytere until full payment. In the case of a declined payment, the order is automatically cancelled.

RIGHTS OF USE

The use of trademarks and images on the site atelierdupresbytere.com is strictly prohibited.

TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY

NO delivery for the Anduze planters and Ceramic. Pick up only in our barn.
Shipments are made mostly by Canada Post with a tracking number.
Flat Fee for Ontario and Quebec is 20$ in 2023 for a classic package.
An estimate will be calculate in case of larger or heavier boxes
Flat Fee for Canada is 30$, US and international with an estimate.
If you have an account with a shipper, you can contact them for a pick up to our Studio-Boutique. In this case, we will not add postage amount.
Pick-up at our Studio-Boutique eliminates the delivery charges. Any supplement can be done, insurance, express delivery…It becomes contractual, and we define all terms before ordering.

Customers are responsible and accountable for duties and customs charges for out of province deliveries as well as the refusal of package(s). Customers are responsible for accurate and essential information necessary to ensure delivery. And are also responsible for errors and omissions on the order form. Packages are usually shipped from Wednesday to Friday.

DELIVERY : DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If the product is delivered in poor condition, the receiver must identify the problem(s) as acurately as possible on both the product and the packaging.With the exception of damages, items must be received without restrictions at the time of delivery.
Claims for damages due to problems with delivery must be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt. Problem(s) must be specified in writing on the order form before signing it. The carrier is fully responsible for the delivery of items in good condition. However, responsibility is transfered to the customer or their representitive if they did not clearly describe and detail the damage on the order form/ packing slip. Any claim not made in accordance to these rules or within the time frame indicated above will release the Attelier from all liability.
Like with any delivery, it is possible there may be delays or the package may get lost. Should these occure, Atelier du Presbytere will contact the carrier to start an investigation. Every effort will be made for as long as necessary to locate a package that may get lost in transit. Where appropriate, the merchant will be reimbursed by the carrier and in turn refund the customer.
We disclaim any responsibility due to delayed delivery by the carrier. Especially in the case of loss of packages, bad weather, strike action or any unexpectable world event, for example a pandemic situation as Covid 19.
